Fall Update
October 29, 2007
Halloween as a preteen has to be tough -- you're stuck between the kid the wants the candy and the cool dude that doesn't want to Trick-or-Treat with the babies. My son has no shame in coming down on the side of the babies. He will don his costume proudly and ring as many doorbells as he can. Candy is to my son what a Scooby Snack is to Scooby Doo.
Other than Halloween, we are preparing for football playoffs. My son's varsity team plays again tonight. (It's single elimination.) Wish us luck!
