Is it OK for my 12-year-old to have 1 or 2 diet sodas each day?
Taking a diet soda once daily is OK. It's preferable to drink water, but diet soda is much better than sugared drinks. I am not worred about the safety of splenda/aspartame/saccharine, especially in such small amounts.
